You maybe have little or no flexibility at all in the body, but want to improve your generel agility. You can be a dancer, it is possible that you have a job with little movement sitting still a lot or it is possible that you due to fittness and strength training just need more stretching!
On this class Zuzana will in ONLY 50 minutes a week help you reach bigger flexibility ind the WHOLE body on a weekly basis in a gradual and slow tempo by focusing and working on one specific muscle group every single week to get the agility you always dreamt about.

Rules for signing up and payment is, that you pay before you participate on the class. If forgotten you have to pay at the latest on friday same week.
